§ 26-6. Amendment of Town Law to provide for summary publication.

  • Sections 133, 264 and 265 of the Town Law, which require publication of the full text of all ordinances adopted by a town, are hereby amended to the extent that they relate to any and all proceedings of the Town Board of the Town of Malta, Saratoga County, New York, to provide that any and all ordinances enacted pursuant to the provisions of said sections of the laws of the State of New York shall become effective by publication in the official Town newspaper of said Town of a summary describing the subject matter of such ordinance, together with a notice stating that the whole of such ordinance is on file with the Town Clerk of said Town during the period of such publication, in lieu of the publication of the entire text of such ordinance as heretofore required by said sections of the Town Law.
