§ 4-4. Creation of Court Clerk to Elective Judicial Officers position.

In addition to the Court Clerk and Deputy Court Clerk positions set forth above, the Town Board wishes to establish the full-time position of Court Clerk to Elective Judicial Officers position in accordance with New York State Uniform Justice Court Act § 109. There shall be one such Clerk for each elective Judicial Officer. The Town Board's intention is that such Court Clerk position be civil service exempt.
