The Town Board of the Town of Malta, pursuant
to Subdivision (a)11 of § 1660 of the Vehicle and Traffic
Law, does hereby temporarily close all roads (Town) to any and all
vehicles having a gross weight of over four tons, from March 1, 2009,
through June 1, 2009, with such temporary restrictions to be effective
when the notices are posted on Town highways and the notice of such
published in the Town's official newspapers, with such restrictions
to continue until such time as conditions permit the opening of such
highways.
