§ 167-6. Compliance with setback, space and construction regulations.

  • Except as hereinafter provided, no building or part thereof shall be erected, moved or altered unless in conformity with restrictions regarding setbacks, space and construction set forth in this chapter for the district in which it is located, including the provisions of Article VIII, except with respect to the property line bisecting the dwelling units of a townhouse which shall constitute a permissible zero property line setback.
