§ 167-27.3. Additional requirements and provisions; severability.

A. 

Information for Assessor. Before a building permit is issued for any off-premises/advertising sign, the applicant shall provide to the Assessor of the Town of Malta such information concerning the deed, lease or license as is reasonably required by the Assessor for real property tax purposes. The applicant or owner will have an ongoing duty to report the cost of any material improvements to the site. Such information may be exempt from public disclosure pursuant to Public Officers Law § 87(2) or similar provisions of the law.

B. 

Severability. If any provision of this chapter or its applications to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, provisions of this chapter are separable.
