The terms used herein shall have the meanings as such terms are defined in the Energy Conservation Construction Code, unless the context requires a different meaning.

B.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

BUILDING INSPECTOR

The Town of Malta's Building Inspector, who is also known as the "Town of Malta's Zoning Enforcement Officer."

CODE
