§ 75-4. Noncompliance.

If the Building Inspector determines that a building subject to the code is not in compliance with such code, he shall allow the applicant for the requested permit or certificate at least 30 days to comply with the State Energy Conservation Construction Code. Upon evidence of compliance with such code, the Building Inspector may issue the requested permit or certification.
