§ 120-1. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

PORTABLE STORAGE UNITS

Transportable units (with or without wheels) used primarily for temporary storage of building materials, household goods, personal items, business goods and/or products including inventory and other materials for use on a limited basis. The minimum size of such units subject to this chapter shall be either 640 cubic feet, or any such unit that has a length, width or height of 10 feet or more.
